CASA comes to Lancaster County

  Friday, April 18, 2008 Dennis Hockensmith, Executive Director of PA CASA Assocation, introduced several speakers instrumental in bringing CASA to Lancaster County. More than 35 supporters including judges, commissioners, other officials, and citizens from the community join in "Light of Hope" Candlelight Vigil in support.
